I don't know a lot about Macs, but am guessing that if OSX is a
BSD-derived operating system, it should be POSIX-compliant and therefore
you should be good with anything written in C, if you don't mind a bit
of tweaking.  (See: <http://developer.apple.com/tools/> )  I'm pretty
sure that Dallas did some Java stuff which would also be cross-platform.

OWW is available for Unix, so you might like to have a look at that:

I'm going to try running Dalweathdb on Sparc/Solaris 10 just as soon as
I figure out how to get my Stallion serial card working under Solaris.
That's just a simple re-compile as far as I can see, so wouldn't have
thought that things would be that different going to a Mac.

For some reason, I find the idea of putting Intel chips into a Mac just
a bit creepy ;-)
