Get Better Aitor and Thanks for reselling the HA7NET. As far as WX
stations I'm quite committed to Simon's OWW stuff but for some off the
wall reason I purchased the HA7NET from you about a month ago.
I've got it talking to the DS2406 ( http://n1ety.com/hacks4.php ) fine
but I thought I'd be able to easily re-use code and start talking to the
DS2408 fairly quickly. Well I poked at it most of the day with no luck,
spent this evening studying data sheet. I'm a bit confused but
definitely not ready to give up. At work I'm on a project of a new
transmitter remote control. I've decided to give the HA7NET a run for it
as auxiliary monitor and control unit for other equipment at site(s).
For some applications the DS2406 will be fine where I only need a couple
channels of control or status but many places I need roughly 8 channels,
I could use a handful of DS2406's which I will if push comes to shove
but in the meantime figured I'd tackle the DS2408. I also need to hit on
A-D, DS2438 I think, haven't gotten to that yet.
Oh the above link is straight PHP code. I just ordered a few books from
Bookpool on Ajax. I hope to recreate page without the clunky 10 second
reloads.
If anyone can help me out with DS2408 I'm all ears! I simply need to
control 8 relays or watch 8 closures, Initially I don't care about
latching events, this will be valuable but I'm trying to get going in
KISS mode.
