[Weather] [personal] Anemometer not detected?

So in reading more on the list I found the 1 wire viewer.
It shows I have the following devices
3100000000EC8A20 DS2450 1-wire quad AD Converter
DB0008001B34FE10 DS1920 Digital Thermometer
EE00000025CD3981 DS1990A 65-bit unique serial number
D9000000017CA71D DS2423 1-wire counter with 4096 bits of mem
The last device (1D) does not show up with the oww command "assign"
I suspect it is the Anemometer. So I manually placed it in the devices file.
I am now back to the message "Checking weather station "Anemometer" not
found" when I start the software.
Also running "? devices" shows the T1 and vaneadc sensors only.
Still stumped
