[Weather] [personal] Anemometer not detected?

I had intermittent "Anemometer not found" problems until adding the 100 Ohm, 4700 PF filter
described in Appendix D of this document:

I have a NSLU2 with DS9490R USB adapter, S/N 58000000019AE11D, based on DS2490.
