[Weather] DRSB Counter.

Stay away from the DRSB-88, it is an unstable piece of junk.  Once removed
from the case, the elctronics go haywire in the light, giving random
indications based on light intensity and buzzing from a few seconds to
constantly, also the indicator buzzes rather than clicks at random durations
and the high voltage passes through a neon tube indicator and the audio
indicator.  I probed all over the 88 and couldn't find anything stable to
tap into and even tried changing a few components to get a click rather than
a buzz.  Nada.  While out of the case, it was only stable in a shadow.

I did not see a model with an LED sold by the same people at the time which
would have been prefered.
