Hi David

In the devices file is a line 
anem 0F000000015CF71D 1.000000
(this is from my devices file) The 1.000000 at the end is the multiplier. If 
you were missing a magnet and getting a half count changing that to 2.000000 
would compensate.

I get about half speed readings on mine too. My problem is trees, however. I 
need to move the weather station to a better location but just have not had 
the time.
