[Weather] termperature offset on Dalsemi station

DS published an appnote about 7 years back that discussed
stress-induced temp errors on the 18S20 that was used (I think) in
the original 1-wire weather station. You may want to try just
reflowing the connections on the troublesome temp sensor to see if
that shifts the error any. If you can't find the appnote, email me
off-list at SteveHx at HxEngineering.com and I'll send it to you.
