I'm still using my original Dallas weather station which does the 
basics.  As other's have mentioned, you can get the AAG version from 
either Hobby-Boards or AAG direct.  I've ordered several times from both 
and have been happy each time.

If you are interested in learning more about the home built route, I 
recommend Tim Bitson's "Weather Toys" book which is available at 
hobby-boards.  I wish it was available when I first got into this.

And don't forget to pick up a 1-wire adapter to hook it up to your computer!
