[Weather] Difference between wunderground updates and rapidfire updates

Nah...it's just something I threw together to try out rapidfire. My main program, if I have the socket server enabled, spits out each sensor's ID and its readout as they are read in the polling loop and outputs them on a socket. The Java program I wrote connects to that socket, captures the sensors of interest and processes and uploads them to Wunderground.
My weather program is in Java and based largely on Rich Mulvey's OpenWeather.
