[Weather] new owfsws release

I just posted the newest release of owfsws that I have been running
for a few weeks. In this version, we have full support for auto-
discovery for hubs, and support for multiple bus/adapters. Also,
I cobbled together a script to post the data to wunderground.

is my local station. I run this every 5 minutes from cron. The
wunderground.pl script is real roung, but I just wanted something
working. :) I'll clean it up in the future.
