[Weather] Oww - Rapid fire wunderground now on CVS

I have the new software running and it seems to work fine on my system. 
I have checked the various places I update to CWOP, weatherunderground and
my site via rrdtool. Also an LCD display.
I am using Gentoo Linux.

I've now updated Oww on CVS to send rapid-fire updates to Wunderground.
If anybody fancies grabbing Oww off CVS and trying it, I'd appreciate
your reports.

Having grabbed Oww (http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=86628 - module
is "oww"), run autogen.sh and then configure as usual.

Set "httpwundon 2" in your setup file (or choose "Fast" in the
dialogue). This will run the uploads off individual updates instead of
your normal upload interval (everything else will run as before).
