[Weather] Oww - Rapid fire wunderground now on CVS

Figured out how to get it out of cvs.  Autogen works fine, but make fails.
(Ubuntu 6.06 Server) complains it cannot find gtk.h and gdk-pixbuf.h even
though they are present on the system.
