[Weather] Compiling latest CVS Ubuntu 6.06 Fails

I'm having a hell of a time getting CVS to compile out the owwnogui
executable.

I download it all from cvs

perform the command

sh ./autogen.sh --disable-gui

cd to src

perform command

make owwnogui

And it bombs on choices_linux.c
