[Weather] Compiling latest CVS Ubuntu 6.06 Fails

I'm guessing this is more a issue with Ubuntu not having a proper build
enviroment rather than a coding issue.  I'll switch out to Debian or work my
NSLU2 to do this for me.

Cause I still get those errors as before even using the below.
