[Weather] Weather Display wind gust spikes

It may be that wiring as long as that is picking up radio frequency and 
seeing it as switch closures.

The solution is get a ferrite toroid for both ends and loop the wires 
through it several times on each end.  You might be able to get away 
with putting a .1 microfarad capacitor at each end as well.

That would be my guess.  'Course, there are probably a few dozen other 
things it could be as well.
